In the nearly two decades I've worked in digital marketing, I love how little I've been bored by new challenges big and small, especially considering how frequent they are.  

The breadth and depth I've gained allows me to have a clear vison of the modern-day strategies needed to execute successful initiatives.  

What's more of a reward to me at this stage, is that I'm able to use this insight to help guide teams and individuals to plan for these positive outcomes on their own as well.

What Drives My Passion For Digital Marketing

I work best when we're challenged. After all, a good sailor is not made in calm seas. I've learned that there are 3 core areas of engagement when my passion is most effective. 

#1 - Lead

I pride that my leadership comes from a place of both experience and respect for the individual tasks that make up the team effort. The greatest reward I get in my career is when I'm able to pass those two values onto a member of my team resulting in their growth and the accomplishment in the overall team's goals. 

#2 - Interact

I enjoy explaining solutions to stakeholders, just as much as I enjoy utilizing the resources to come-up with the solutions in the first place. Effective communication is the glue that keeps organizations together, so I'm always searching for the opportunity apply my industry understanding to convey the necessary information to the right people.  

#3 - Learn

Whether approaching a project as a producer or especially as a mentor, to be effective in the digital age means you must be up-to-date on the latest solutions. As a lifetime learner, I thirst for knowing what new technologies, features, and/or strategies we can leverage to solve problems.
